How can I withdraw funds from my account?
You can withdraw your funds from your Corevisionfunds trading account after verifying your account. This is in line with the AML (anti-money laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines. To withdraw your funds, please submit a signed withdrawal form. The funds will then reflect in your account as soon as the request is approved.

How long does it take to receive withdrawn funds?
Corevisionfunds processes your withdrawal request immediately, and the funds will be transferred into your account within a few days. It is important to note that the funds will be sent based on the payment method you used to make a deposit.

Can a withdrawal request be canceled?
Yes, it can be canceled. However, you can only cancel the withdrawal request if we have not yet completed processing it. To cancel a withdrawal request, simply login to the My Account area and choose the Cancel Withdrawal option.

How do I request a withdrawal?
To request a withdrawal, please ensure that you have fully verified your Corevisionfunds account. To verify your trading account, you will be required to submit proof of identity as well as proof of residence. To make it easier, we recommend verifying your account after registering to ensure you are not delayed during the withdrawal process. Once the account verification is completed, fill out the withdrawal request form available in the Account Member’s area and submit it. The withdrawal request is submitted instantly, and our dedicated team will process it accordingly.

Which currency will my trading account be in?
Corevisionfunds uses three major base currencies, USD, EUR, and GBP. However, you can only select one base currency for your Corevisionfunds account. This does not mean that you can only fund your account using these base currencies. You can also fund your Corevisionfunds accounts with your local fiat currency with no extra charges or fees. Can I trade with and manage my spouse’s account?
Corevisionfunds operates a flexible trading platform which means you can trade and manage your spouse’s account. However, you can only do that with the full consent of your partner. Your partner will also have to share the relevant passwords with you before you can get started. Corevisionfunds will contact your spouse to ensure that they sign off to allow you to control and manage their accounts.

Which documents do you require for account verification?
Account verification is important at Corevisionfunds, and we require the following documents from you:
(1) POI – Proof of Identity – A colored copy of a government-issued identification document, such as a passport or an ID card.
(2) POA – Proof of Address – We accept a document dated not more than 3 months and it must indicate your full name and full address that matches your trading account registration details. Utility bills and bank statements are the most commonly accepted POA documents. -
